If you are having difficulties with streaming movies and/or downloadable clips we will need more specific information from you to help you resolve your problem. Customer Support I am having trouble with streaming videos, do you offer refunds?Due to the nature of on-line streaming refunds are not offered. To properly stream the videos we recommend only buffering 5 seconds before playing. Buffering any longer may cause streaming time to be lost.

Customer Support Are prices different for lo-band and hi-band video?No. The prices are the same for both types of streaming video
Lo-Band or Hi-Band videos, which should I choose ?The type of streaming videos you will want to view will depend on the type of your internet connection speed.
Dial-Up Connection Users If you use dial up to connect to the internet you should view Lo-Band videos Cable, DSL, T1 Connection Users If you use cable, dsl, or a T1 connection you should be ok to view the high-band streaming videos. If you still aren't sure what type of streaming video you should view you can test both types of streaming videos by clicking the following links.
